Report synopsis

This report displays the details of all sales invoices.
The following columns are included as standard on the report;

Transaction details -  Date order was entered into the system by the user, customer code and full name, invoice description, period invoice was posted in and invoice number.
Line details of invoice - catalogue number, detail, budget, analysis, quantity, price, actual nett, nett paid and nett unpaid
Nett total of whole order and nett total outstanding of whole order.

Totals for all orders are displayed at the bottom of the report and show as nett and gross.
 

Display 

Show report with:
Search criteria: Will display the selected settings at the top of the report.
Report notes: Enables a free text box to add your own notes and displays at the top of the report.
Summary options:
Show full detail: untick to remove line detail from report and just show order totals.
Extended line detail: tick to include full line descriptions.

Settings

Include paid invoice: Tick to include sales invoices which are fully paid.
From bank accounts: Specify which bank accounts you want to include by ticking/unticking the relevant boxes.
Budget codes: Choose to run the report for a specific budget or range of budgets.
Contact: Choose to run the report for a specific contact.
Analysis codes: Choose to run the report for a specific analysis code or range of analysis codes.
Period: Choose to run the report for a specific period or range of periods.
Date: Choose to run the report by a date range.
Funding stream: Choose to run the report for a specific funding stream or range of funding streams.
Cost centre: Choose to run the report for a specific cost centre or range of cost centres.
Budget group: Choose to run the report for a specific budget group.
