Report synopsis
This report displays the details of all transactions that have been posted to a future period.
The following columns are included as standard on the report;
Transaction details.
Transaction type.
Date.
Nett VAT and gross amounts.
The bottom of the report displays a key to all transactions types and nett and gross totals as shown in the picture below.
Display
Show report with:
Search criteria: Will display the selected settings at the top of the report.
Report notes: Enables a free text box to add your own notes and displays at the top of the report.
Gross totals: Untick to remove gross totals from bottom of report.
Totals only: Tick to remove individual transaction detail and display totals only.
Settings
Transaction Types: Income, Expenditure , Budgets, Journals, Internal charges and Accruals can be selected or de selected by ticking/unticking the relevant boxes.
From bank accounts: Specify which bank accounts you want to include by ticking/unticking the relevant boxes.
Budget codes: Choose to run the report for a specific budget or range of budgets.
Contact: Choose to run the report for a specific contact.
Analysis codes: Choose to run the report for a specific analysis code or range of analysis codes.
Period: Choose to run the report by a specific period or range of periods.
Date: Choose to run the report by a date range.
Reconcile refs: Choose to run the report for a specific reconciliation reference or range of references.
Voucher Nos: Choose to run the report for a specific voucher number or range of voucher numbers.
Batch refs: Choose to run the report for a specific batch number or range of batch numbers.
Batch dates: Choose to run the report for a specific batch date or range of batch dates.
Funding stream: Choose to run the report for a specific funding stream or range of funding streams.
Cost centre: Choose to run the report for a specific cost centre or range of cost centres.
It is also possible to sort and subtotal the report by budget, analysis, date, period or contact.
