Customer Statement

This report is designed to send a customer, or a group of customers, their statement.

When selecting the report you will see a range of options to choose the style of the report and/or the range of customers to send the report to.

Go to Reporting > Transactions > Sales > Customer statement 

The report options allow you to add customer transactions within a date range to a customer statement. When you select the tick box Show all transactions select a range of dates you wish to show the transactions for. This will add an extra section in the customer statement with all the transactions in that date range.

The Search customer selection allows you to define which customers you will email the report to. Your choices are:-

  • Show outstanding customers only
  • Show overdue customers only
  • Show all customers
  • Search for a specific customer using the contact selection box  
  • Select the customer(s) from a drop-down list

If you select more than one customer then you will not see the report, rather an email box where you can customise the email sent.

You will be copied in on all the customer statements sent as long as your email is set in the organisation settings.

 

Note the test is controlled by an email template in the System set area on the Email Templates tab.
