Catalogue definitions

Arbor Finance catalogue requirements

Suppliers can upload catalogues to Arbor Finance to make ordering easier. The file specification is below.

• Catalogue code - SKU
• Description - Description of item
• Price - in pounds
• Unit of Measure - e.g. EA

There are 4 fields required as above and the character limits for each field are below. Any data longer than the specification will be truncated.

• Catalogue code: maximum of 14 characters, upper case only.
• Description: maximum of 60 characters.
• Price per unit: numeric value, will be rounded to 4 d.p.s.
• Unit: maximum of 8 characters.

The file is a TXT with tabs between each item.

The first row should contain the headings of each column.
