Adding a User (Arbor Finance Login)

A Super Admin has the ability to add new users in Arbor Finance.

  1. Go to the System Menu and choose System Setup then User Details.
  2. Click the + button on the right hand menu at the top

  1. Fill in the user details in the form

  1. Display Name - is the name in the top right hand corner of your screen
  2. Initials and Initials have to be unique in the school
  3. Click Save to complete the process
  4. Once completed the user will be sent an email with a link to the site and their temp password
  5. The user will then need to verify their email and set up a new password

Note that all email addresses within a school have to be unique. If an email is used that is is in another school then when the user logs on they will get a drop down list of all schools associated with that email.
