A Super Admin has the ability to add new users in Arbor Finance.
- Go to the System Menu and choose System Setup then User Details.
- Click the + button on the right hand menu at the top
- Fill in the user details in the form
- Display Name - is the name in the top right hand corner of your screen
- Initials and Initials have to be unique in the school
- Click Save to complete the process
- Once completed the user will be sent an email with a link to the site and their temp password
- The user will then need to verify their email and set up a new password
Note that all email addresses within a school have to be unique. If an email is used that is is in another school then when the user logs on they will get a drop down list of all schools associated with that email.
