Audit logs

Here you can check various activities in the history of your Arbor Finance system. You can enter whatever information you have about a logged event, and sort the results by various fields. 

Please note all times are GMT.

To find audit records

  1. From the System menu choose Audit logs.

    The Audit logs window is displayed. The left-hand pane displays search criteria; the right-hand pane lists the results. 

  1. To search for a record, first enter one or more criteria in the search fields:

    • Date time (a drop-down list lets you choose to enter either a single value (is) or the lower and upper value for a range (between))

    • Financial Year (choose from the drop-down list) 

    • Log type (choose from the drop-down list of audited event types, e.g. Login/LogoutPeriod endReconciled

    • Identifier (enter identifier text, e.g. a supplier name) 

    • User (choose from the drop-down list) 

    • Description (enter text to find in Description field)

    • Value (enter the old or new value, to search for a change)

When you have entered your search criteria, click Search
If necessary you can reset the search by clicking Clear.
The search results are listed in the right-hand pane. You can use the page controls to browse through them to find the records you want.

  1. If you want to sort the results, click Sort.

    Select the Field you want to sort by and the Direction of sorting, and click Save.

    The Results list is re-sorted.

  2. If you want to change the Results display by hiding or revealing selected columns, click Show/Hide.

    Use the radio buttons to show or hide each column as required, and click Save.

    The Results list is updated.
