Reinstalling your Arbor Finance tile

If your Arbor Finance contract has ended prematurely or there has been a break in the contract then you might need to reinstall your Arbor Finance tile which will have disappeared from your launchpad.

Once the contract is back in place follow the instructions below to restore the tile.

This process will restore your data, despite the tile saying setup.

1. Login to RM Unify as an administrator user.
2. Click on Add on a blank tile.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on App from Library.
   
   
   
4. Click on the Arbor Finance tile in the App Library (you may have to search for it).
5. Click Set Up.
6. Agree to the privacy statement, leave the option as No and click Next.
7. On the next screen agree to the privacy statement and then tick Select All just below.
8. In the bottom half you can chose which roles can see the Arbor Finance tile, tick the ones that apply to your school.
9. Then click Save.
   
   Note : To be given access to Arbor Finance there is another step, so seeing the tile is not the same as having access to Arbor Finance.
   
   
   
   
10. You will see a confirmation message that this has been successful.
    
    
    
    
11. Close the window using the exit button in the top left of the Install window.
12. Now click Launch Pad in the top left of the screen to return to the launch pad.
    
    
    
    
13. The Arbor Finance tile will now be on your Launch Pad.
