Setting your password recovery email for RM Unify

Arbor Finance uses RM Unify to access the site. We strongly recommend setting up a password recovery email in RM Unify for all accounts, including the admin account.

The Arbor Finance team cannot reset passwords, you will need to discuss this with the RM Unify team (08454 040 000 (Option 4) and are very likely to require an email from your Headteacher to complete this.

This is quick and easy to do, and means if you forget your password you can easily reset it yourself without having to call RM or your administrator.

To set up a password recovery go to the RM Unify Launch Pad, this is likely to be a separate tab on your browser.

Once on the page in the top right-hand corner click your name and then click on My Profile.

Click on Password Recovery on the left-hand side to access the page to enter your password recovery email.

Follow the instructions on the page and click Save.

Your email address must be unique to RM Unify so you can only use the email address once per user. We recommend using a generic email address for the admin user so that if people leave or are unavailable you can still access the email address.

Once you have clicked Save then you will receive a notification to click a confirmation link to complete the set-up of the password recovery email.

Once this is done if you need to forget your password then click the Forgotten your password? link just below the sign-in button on the login page.
