Installing your Arbor Finance and Training Academy launchpad tiles

If you have been provided with your RM Unify details the following instructions will allow you to install your Arbor Finance tile.

1. 1. Login to RM Unify as an administrator user
   2. Click on Add on a blank tile
      
      
   3. Click on App from Library
      
      
   4. Type Finance in the search area of the screen in the top right and click the magnifying glass.
      
      
   5. Click on the Arbor Finance tile in the App Library (you may have to search for it)
      
      
   6. Click Set Up
   7. Agree to the privacy statement, leave the option as No and click Next
      
      
   8. On the next screen agree to the privacy statement and then tick Select All just below.
   9. In the bottom half you can choose which roles can see the Arbor Finance tile, tick the ones that apply to your school.
   10. Then click Save.
       
       
       

       Note: To be given access to RM Finance there is another step, so seeing the tile is not the same as having access to RM Finance.

   11. You will see a confirmation message that this has been successful.
       
       
   12. Close the window using the exit button in the top left of the Install window.
   13. Repeat the above process search for the Training Academy tile, using the search term Training in the search area.
   14. Now click Launch Pad in the top left of the screen to return to the launch pad.
       
       
   15. The Arbor Finance tile will now be on your Launch Pad.
   16. On the Launch Pad click Edit Launch Pads, this will allow you to order the tiles in the order you want and delete ones you don't need.
       
   17. Drag the the Arbor finance tile to the left to the first position, then drag the Training Academy tile to position 2.
   18. Finally delete the tiles you don't need by clicking on the 'x' in the top left of each tile.
       
       
   19. Click Save Changes to finish.
   20. Repeat steps 15 to 18 if needed to edit other launchpads, you will need to change the dropdown saying Non Teaching Staff to other roles as needed. Make sure you click Save Changes after changing each role.
