System setup

In the System area, you can set up Arbor Finance users, enter bank details and configure system settings. In a school, typically only one person is allocated Super Admin access rights, usually the Bursar. You can also search and view audit logs for Arbor Finance.
 

System screens are not displayed for users without system access rights.

System setup 
  • Organisation details - Enter information about your school establishment and local authority.
  • Bank details - Enter bank information.
  • Cheque remittance - Set up your cheque templates.
  • Options - Customise settings across the Arbor Finance system for:
    • Display
    • Records
    • Transactions
    • VAT
    • Period end
  • Email Template - for configuring the email templates and writing template emails
  • User details - Edit user details and grant users appropriate access to different areas and features of Arbor Finance.
 
If you have a link with your MIS then there will an additional tab called External connections for enabling the link to synchronise contract data from the MIS to Arbor Finance.
