What happens at a Kick Off Meeting?

The first step is to invite you (and your Core Project Team if you wish) to a Kick Off call. At this stage you don't yet need to get your schools involved. This will be a short call (up to 1 hour) to cover the following

• Introduce ourselves to you as your Customer Success team 
• Share a little more about Arbor Finance for schools
• Talk about our onboarding process that can support both you and your schools throughout you onboarding
• Confirm roles and responsibilities within your central team and your team at Arbor Finance to ensure successful onboarding to Arbor Finance
• Confirm Key Dates, agree the schedules 
• Outline the Arbor Finance Discovery Process and discuss next steps
• Outline Arbor Finance’s Partner Accreditation process

After this initial meeting we will invite you to a series of more in depth ‘Discovery’ meetings. The initial one of these will be shortly followed by our Arbor Finance functional training for partners.
