Our Programme team is responsible for the rollout of Arbor Finance across your area. They will ensure your central team and key stakeholders have all the right information about your move to Arbor Finance.
Your key contact will fully support you with what will impact positively on the way schools work and how they continue to meet LA statutory requirements.
Arbor Finance LA Partner Programme Management
Your Arbor Finance Customer Success Manager will be your main contact and will be responsible for guiding you through your implementation lifecycle with Arbor Finance. Their responsibilities include planning, monitoring and assisting you in the following ways:
- Kick-Off Call: The goal of the call is so that your core team/project leads can understand your onboarding programme in a lot more detail. We will confirm any pre-sales information, seeking to completely understand how Arbor Finance should operate across your schools. We will discuss the project timeline, key events and support process for both your central team’s onboarding and that of schools across your area.
- Together we will agree the onboarding journey, including a training programme which will ensure that your staff are confident with how to use Arbor Finance
- We will work in partnership to build a rollout plan for school implementation.
- Bi-weekly Status Calls: With so many moving parts to a large scale LA wide school implementation programme, these status calls are a perfect opportunity to touch base with your Customer Success Manager (Onboarding Manager) so you can keep track of where you, your team and your schools are up to on the onboarding journey.
- Working with our Training and Migrations Specialists, the CSM continues to support the end-to-end migration of school's data from your previous Finance Platform
- Identifying and controlling any risks and controlling any changes associated with the implementation.
- At the end of your implementation, your Customer Success Manager will then hand you over to your Account Management Team
Arbor Account Manager
Once you have completed your implementation as a central support team the next phase of your Arbor Finance Journey will sit with your Account Management team. We want to support an increasing confidence in the use of Arbor Finance.
The aim is to build the skills in your team, and local school users, to ease and simplify the routine processes. Time saved can then serve to support strategic application of the financial data and information.
Your Account Manager also holds a commercial relationship with the school. They are responsible for the following:
- Ongoing contact once your Implementation is complete. They will become your main contact after a ‘handover’ from your Customer Success (Onboarding) Manager at your final Project Review.
- Looks after your commercial relationship and can help you with any questions relating to your contract.
- Helps when you need to purchase additional training or services.
- After your implementation, they will check in with you termly to ensure that you continue to be able to successfully support schools on Arbor Finance. This forum is also ideal to gather school level customer feedback, ideas and suggestions.
- Keeps you up to date with any new developments/Arbor Finance Events and news.
