The easiest place to find information is to jump into the Help Centre's step-by-step instructions (including searchable Year End and queries).
The Help Centre can be used by anyone who uses Arbor Finance, whether you're partner supported or Arbor supported. You don't need to be signed in.
How to contact us if you're supported by Arbor
Our support team is usually available to help on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00), excluding public/bank holidays or certain dates outlined below.
If you are a Partner supported school, you will need to speak directly with your support partner, as our phone and contact form/ email support is only available for Arbor supported schools. Please do not contact Arbor directly as you will be referred to your partner and will delay resolution.
If you are a school in onboarding, but also partner supported - you can contact our Onboarding team for any onboarding queries but for any technical onboarding queries or product queries, please contact your support partner.

Please complete this contact form. You can also find this by clicking 'Contact Us' in the top right of our Help Centre.
In the form, provide us with as much information as you can. This will ensure we can investigate thoroughly for you without having to email back for more information which can delay a resolution.
- Select the relevant option (for example if you need to report a bug)
- Get in touch with our business Finance team by selecting I have a question about about our Arbor Finance Invoice
- Get in touch with our onboarding team about your migration journey by selecting I need to speak to the onboarding team about our migration journey
- Our Support team handle any technical queries about your onboarding template etc. - if you need help with this please select I have a technical migration query/issue so this can be sent to the correct team
Some of our other teams can only be contacted via direct email. Please note that these teams will not be able to provide support for using Arbor Finance.
