Enabling pop-ups and disabling cached pages

The Arbor Finance system uses pop-up windows. However, browsers are often set up to block pop-ups, or to use cached pages. For Arbor Finance to work properly, pop-ups for the Arbor Finance website need to be permitted and the latest version of the page must be displayed, on each device used to access Arbor Finance

Therefore, if the system isn't working as you expect - e.g. you can't display any reports, or the displayed information is out-of-date - do the following:

  • Make sure that pop-ups aren't blocked for the Arbor Finance website.
  • Prevent your web browser from using cached pages, which may cause problems in the Arbor Finance system.

These settings are made using browser menus.

Enabling Pop-ups

For Arbor Finance to work properly, make sure that pop-ups for the Arbor Finance website aren't blocked, on each device you use to access it.

These settings are made using browser menus. Here are instructions for the browsers most often used for Arbor Finance:

Microsoft Internet Explorer
